Food Stamp Outreach Project

LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. is evaluating efforts by the United Way to improve food stamp outreach efforts among Pima County agencies who work with the elderly and working poor. The goal of the project is to educate potential food stamp recipients on the benefits and the eligibility criteria, and assist those who are interested in completing and submitting applications.
