Pima County Juvenile Probation Evaluation An Evaluation with the Pima County Juvenile Court The overall goal of this project was to conduct an outcome evaluation of probation services offered by the Pima County Juvenile Court (Diversion programs, Standard Probation and Juvenile Intensive Probation Services). LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. accomplished these four things: 1. Conducted a recidivism study of the three programs offered by the Probation Department. 2. Collected stakeholder surveys from the general public, the families of juvenile offenders and victims of juvenile crime. 3. Investigated the role of a single system design approach on the relationship between the probation officers and the juvenile offenders. 4. Conducted a literature review of probation services best practices.
