Craig W. LeCroy, Ph.D., Director of Research and Evaluation has designed and evaluated numerous social service programs including evaluations for non-profit agencies, state agencies and the Federal government. He is well versed in experimental, quasi-experimental, survey and exploratory research designs for evaluating practice. Dr. LeCroy's primary areas of expertise are in children's mental health, adolescent substance abuse treatment and prevention, group approaches to treatment, and child abuse prevention. He has conducted survey research and exploratory research. Dr. LeCroy has authored over 50 published articles and four published books. Kerry B Milligan, MSSW, President. Ms. Milligan co-founded LeCroy & Milligan Associates in 1991. As President of LeCroy & Milligan Associates, she has developed and directed evaluation projects ranging in scope from small local consultation projects to multi-year state or federally funded evaluations. Ms. Milligan has provided program and fiscal oversight for over 30 evaluation and training projects each year. Ms. Milligan has worked as Evaluator and Project Manager with various evaluation projects since 1991, and has experience with all aspects of data collection, report development, consultation with quality assurance and training staff, evaluation planning, supervision of evaluators, development of quarterly and annual reports, and development and presentation of workshops related to evaluation topics and evaluation results. Ms. Milligan and Dr. LeCroy have grown the company from a small consulting practice to a thriving and respected small business with over 30 employees. LeCroy & Milligan Associates has received awards and recognition for its positive company culture and performance.
Ms. Milligan also brings years of direct service experience as well as evaluation experience to our projects. As a clinical social worker, she provided counseling and treatment to adolescents and families with substance abuse and mental health problems. Ms. Milligan also provided training and education to professionals, youth, adults and families in areas such as substance abuse prevention, health and wellness, community mobilization, child abuse prevention, leadership development, team building, training of trainers, and group facilitation skills.
