Liz Hardesty, MPH
Liz Hardesty, MPH is an Evaluation Associate with LeCroy & Milligan Associates.
Liz graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed her MPH in Policy & Management at the University of Arizona’s Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
Prior to attending graduate school, Liz worked in the behavioral health field for 8 years in areas such as case management, suicide prevention and substance use treatment/counseling. She has experience working directly with homeless individuals, veterans and LGBTQ+ populations.
During graduate school, Liz had the opportunity to be part of the inaugural AZ AHEC (Area Health Education Center) program where she completed an interdisciplinary research project focused on opioid use and prevention strategies in Gila County.
During her time at LMA, Liz as been involved in a variety of projects focusing on mental health and substance use, including the AWARE grant with Arizona Department of Education and AHCCCS (funded by SAMHSA) and the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's opioid needs assessment.

Liz is passionate about many intersectional issues in the behavioral health and public health fields, such as sustainable and affordable housing, healthcare for all, and early detection and treatment for behavioral health concerns in children and young adults.
In her free time, Liz volunteers as a DJ for Tucson’s community radio station KXCI. She is also an avid hiker and photographer and loves to travel. She is the mother of two children and two cats
