Katie Haverly, MS

Katie Haverly, M.S. is the Research and Innovation Manager at LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. Katie has worked as a Project Director, Program Evaluator, Program Manager, Research Scientist, and Data Analyst in the public health sector for over 12 years. She has contributed research and evaluation efforts toward many health issues including HIV/AIDS, obesity, substance use disorders, mental health disorders, eating disorders, homelessness, juvenile justice, crime, and poverty. Many of the populations she has served in her work are those that identify as racial, ethnic and sexual minorities, women, adolescents, and children. She is a highly skilled analyst in both quantitative and qualitative methods and is especially adept at helping programs develop effective outcome measures and evaluation plans.

In her current role as Research and Innovation Manager at LMA, Katie has been involved in a diverse array of projects and initiatives. A sampling of this work includes:
- Leading a team to conduct a comprehensive Statewide Substance Use
Prevention Needs Assessment for AHCCCS

- Leading a 6-year randomized control trial with Parents as Teachers National in Arizona to help further develop rigorous research regarding the benefits of home visitation

- Assisting many clients in the public, non-profit and government sectors to secure grant funding for initiatives throughout Arizona and the Southwest.
