Rachel Rios-Richardson, MSW
Rachel Rios-Richardson, MSW is an Evaluation Associate at LeCroy & Milligan Associates. Rachel is passionate about continual improvement efforts and has considerable experience with engaging stakeholders, building partnerships, and facilitating trainings. Rachel joined the team at LeCroy & Milligan Associates in 2020, after obtaining her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Arizona State University with an emphasis on Policy, Administration and Community Practice. Rachel brings her recent training in the latest program evaluation and program planning strategies, along with research and evaluation experience on projects related to disabilities and disability rights, social determinants of health, and mental health.
Prior to joining LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Rachel worked in the field of legal advocacy for over 7 years in the Bay Area and gained extensive experience with individual- and systemic-level advocacy. She is privileged to have worked with diverse community groups, and has been especially immersed in disability rights communities. Rachel has experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders in the behavioral health, vocational rehabilitation, education, and criminal justice systems.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time in nature (especially if there is water involved!), cheering on the Phoenix Mercury, and fostering and adopting senior dogs with her wife.
