Josie Eck, MPH, is an Evaluation Associate with LeCroy & Milligan Associates.

 

Josie is passionate about health equity, program quality improvement, and using evaluation to build evidence to help identify best practices, especially in programs targeting youth. Josie attended the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona where she obtained her Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Health Behavior Health Promotion. Josie’s experience in the MPH program provided her with evaluation training, program planning and implementation, conducting qualitative research, and event coordination.

 

Josie has worked on projects related to youth participatory action research, curriculum adaptation and development, youth nutrition and food security, and sexual and reproductive health programming for youth. She also brings several years’ experience in various position in health and childcare settings. She enjoys opportunities to work with the community and engage with stakeholders at all levels of projects.

 

In her free time, Josie enjoys playing tennis, running, and hiking (when it’s not too hot), reading, and cooking – especially for friends and family.
