Needs Asessment

We conduct comprehensive needs assessments across public health, education, and community systems to guide strategic planning and policy development. Our team has deep experience supporting state, county, and local initiatives, including projects aligned with federal Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) requirements.

Our process combines rigorous secondary data analysis with direct community input to ensure decisions are grounded in both evidence and lived experience. By integrating trends, context, and stakeholder voice, we deliver a clear understanding of community needs, assets, and priorities.
