Finance Manager

Rodna Thomas serves as Finance Manager for LeCroy & Milligan Associates, where she supports the firm’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term operational planning. She brings more than 14 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, accounting, compliance, and organizational management across consulting, government contracting, healthcare, real estate, construction, and professional services.

Rodna’s work is grounded in accuracy, accountability, and strategic decision-making. At LMA, she oversees financial processes that support project planning, grant and contract management, internal controls, and data-informed business operations. Her expertise includes budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, cost accounting, audit readiness, and compliance with DCAA, FAR, GAAP, IRS, and other regulatory standards.

Prior to joining LMA, Rodna served in senior finance and operations roles, including Chief Financial Officer for a multi-state environmental consulting firm and International Finance Manager for a global organization operating in a highly regulated industry. She has also provided specialized accounting and financial consulting services to businesses seeking stronger systems, improved reporting, and greater operational efficiency.

Rodna holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to financial leadership, helping organizations strengthen infrastructure, improve decision-making, and sustain responsible growth.
