Mireilys Ramirez Caraballo

Mireilys Ramirez, MPA, is an Evaluation Associate at LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc., where she designs and implements program evaluations for organizations in social services, education, and healthcare. Her expertise includes survey development, logic model design, data tracking systems, and the creation of reports and presentations that translate findings into actionable insights. She also contributes to marketing and communication efforts, developing infographics and visual content to support client and organizational needs. Previously, Mireilys held research, evaluation, and content development roles with the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Pima County’s Grants Management and Innovation Department, and RallyUp. She also brings nearly five years of classroom experience as an ESL high school teacher in Puerto Rico. With a Master’s in Public Administration focused on fiscal policy and a Bachelor’s in Teaching English as a Second Language, she blends her policy, research, and educational background to strengthen organizations’ capacity for learning and improvement.
