Olga Valenzuela, BA, is the Operations Manager with LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. With nearly 20 years of experience and wearing many hats throughout her career, Ms. Valenzuela brings a wide range of expertise in planning, facilitating, directing and coordinating to enhance the daily operations of LeCroy & Milligan Associates. Ms. Valenzuela is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and efficiency for high-functioning research teams.  With her advanced training in Project Management processes and software and her long-term knowledge of our projects, she is an invaluable leader in our company.

Ms. Valenzuela also serves as evaluator at LMA, working on many large, statewide evaluations with a focus on early childhood education, home visitation, child welfare and criminal justice. She has led statewide data collection efforts for many early childhood education and home visitation studies, justice studies, education studies among others. 

 

When not at the office, Ms. Valenzuela is most of the time at the baseball field watching her two sons play some ball! Ms. Valenzuela enjoys exercising, listening to music and most importantly spending time with her husband and sons.
