LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. is a full service consulting firm specializing in program evaluation, technical assistance and training that is innovative, research-driven, practical and useful.

Since our establishment in 1991, our goal has been to provide program evaluation and training that enables stakeholders and clients to document outcomes, provide accountability, and engage in continuous program improvement. We value a collaborative and participative approach to evaluation and consultation that help clients address their most pressing questions and achieve the results they seek.
 

With central offices located in Tucson, Arizona, LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. has worked at the local, state and national level with a broad spectrum of non-profit and government agencies, universities and private businesses, foundations, and consortia and collaborations.
