Nancy Hankel, EdD, is an Evaluation Associate with LeCroy & Milligan Associates.
 
Nancy has over fourteen years’ experience in program evaluation, applied research, institutional research, and organizational consulting. Her primary areas of focus have been K-12 education and the full spectrum of community-based behavioral health, though she always enjoys expanding her knowledge base into new content areas. Nancy attended Claremont Graduate University and received a Master’s in Organizational Behavior with a co-concentration in Program Evaluation. She also holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from UCLA. Nancy’s professional and academic experiences have provided her with program planning and implementation analysis, evaluation training, conducting qualitative & quantitative research, and leading diverse teams to successful project completion in myriad areas. Nancy most enjoys engaging with clients and helping them hone their evaluation questions as well as intended outcomes.
 
Outside of her time at LMA, Nancy is an adjunct instructor in the General Education department at the University of Arizona and volunteers with Postpartum Support International. She loves going to live sporting events, reading, spending time with her son, and trying out new types of crafts to see what kind she likes.
