Darcy McNaughton, MBA becomes new CEO
LeCroy & Milligan Associates (LMA) has been offering research, evaluation, and consulting services to human service providers, nonprofits, and government entities since 1991. Through the years, we have partnered with hundreds of organizations to provide the data and information they need to improve, modify and/or expand their programs. We continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs our community and clients.
We are excited to announce that Darcy McNaughton, MBA, will be our new Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2020. Mrs. McNaughton has worked with us in a management and evaluation associate role for over six years. She brings a balance of business acumen coupled with direct experience in nonprofit leadership and development. Her commitment to our mission, experience within the organization, personal leadership strengths and relevant research background make her a perfect fit to propel us into the future! In addition, as a majority female owned business, this change reflects LMA’s ongoing support for women in leadership roles.
Please note that our current CEO, Michel Lahti, PhD, will be continuing with LeCroy & Milligan Associates in the role of Senior Evaluation Associate. He will be bringing more of his evaluation and research expertise directly to our work and we are pleased that he will continue as a valuable team member.
