LeCroy & Milligan Associates is pleased to announce, as it celebrates its 30th anniversary in January 2022, the addition of three Partners in the firm. Darcy McNaughton, MBA, CEO, has been with LMA for over seven years, becoming CEO in 2020. Ms. McNaughton combines business acumen, organizational development, strategic partnering, and research and human services experience in leadership of the company. Olga Valenzuela, BA, Director of Operations, has been part of the team for over twenty years and is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and quality with high-functioning research teams. Skyler Milligan-LeCroy, BS-Business, has been an entrepreneur with several businesses before joining LMA in 2019. Mr. LeCroy is responsible for initiating, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives and technology improvements in the company.
Craig W. LeCroy and Kerry B Milligan co-founded LeCroy & Milligan Associates in 1991, with the mission of helping human services and educational organizations to use rigorous evaluation information and processes to assess their effectiveness, increase organization learning, and improve their services. Dr. LeCroy and Ms. Milligan continue involvement in company leadership, research support, strategic planning, client consultation and training and development. Ms. Milligan commented, “it is exciting to welcome the addition of three special people who have contributed so much to the success of LMA over the years, and we look forward to our continued growth and success into the next 30 years!”
